Highway 7 and Rutherford Road both run straight from our Yonge Street base into Vaughan, so a crew starting the day in Richmond Hill is on your street in about 15 minutes. That matters when a job runs long or the schedule shifts, because we're never far enough away to lose the afternoon to traffic.

What it costs, in plain numbers

The rate is $165 per hour for a 2-person crew, with a 3 hour minimum. An extra mover is $55 per hour if the job calls for it. Same rate whether you're in a detached house in Kleinburg or a one-bedroom in a VMC tower.

Kleinburg estates and VMC towers are not the same move

Kleinburg is long driveways, mature trees and homes with a lot of square footage to clear — the kind of job where an extra mover often pays for itself in time saved. The Vaughan Metropolitan Centre, by contrast, is elevator bookings, visitor loading bays and a service corridor with a time window you don't get to move.

Woodbridge and Maple in between

Most of what we move in Vaughan sits between those two extremes. Woodbridge is mostly established detached and semi-detached streets with driveways close to the door. Maple has a mix of newer subdivisions and townhomes, where tight guest parking is the more common wrinkle than stairs.

What's included, and the one add-on

Packing materials are supplied. The only extra charge is for heavy items over 250 lbs — a piano, a safe, a pool table, oversized furniture — confirmed before booking, not on the day.
