Willowdale and the Sheppard/Yonge corridor are dense with mid-rise and high-rise buildings, and almost every one runs moves through a booked freight elevator. Bayview Village adds a mix of older rental towers with smaller service elevators, which changes how we sequence a load. Don Mills tends toward larger units and more furniture per move, worth flagging when you book your elevator window — ask the building for extra time, not the standard slot.

Every North York move runs on the same published model: $165 per hour for a 2 person crew, 3 hour minimum, and $55 per hour for an extra mover if your condo or house needs a bigger crew. Heavy items over 250 lbs are the only add-on, and we confirm that with you before booking.
